Each and every “By the Book” project is a personal,
private creation designed by our staff exclusively for the use of
our client family and requires at least 2 months per property to
gather, sort and present the manual. Additionally, substantial time
commitment on the part of the client and/or estate manager/personal
assistant in the first weeks as well as ongoing support throughout
the project is vital in making this endeavor a success. Once completed
to the point of presentation, updates and changes can be made easily
